Clients reviews about Keyserve Locksmiths

I called this company in a panic because I was locked out and my dog was inside by himself. Stephen was flexible and patient when I changed the timing a few times, came when requested and waited patiently whilst I was running late. He did professional and comprehensive due diligence to ensure it was my house (my methods of proving it was were all inside). And he was a pleasure to chat to whilst he worked. He didn't want a tip, he wanted a review so... Here it is. Lovely example of a honest business giving a top service. Lovely to see. ~ Darrell L

Quality and timely service from Stephen. Came to diagnose the problem and gave an idea of cost before ensuring my front door was secure over the weekend while new parts were ordered. Easy to communicate with throughout, and kept me updated with when there was a delay due to supplier. Fitted the new lock and cracked on with no issues allowing me to continue working from my home office. Happy to support a local business and save his number on my phone for the future. ~ Dan R

I got locked out of my apartment, I called and got booked immediately in Preston. Stephen called, clarified the issue with me and came quite quickly. He was polite, kind and resolved the problem. It might have been obvious ways I could avoid being locked out again but I didn’t know that and was he kind enough point out how I could avoid being locked out for the third time. I totally appreciate the help, thank you. ~ Ono
